part of a major refurbishment to the Harrington Guest House. You gain entry
through the guest house there for have the added benefit of guest house
facilities which includes the use of the lounge pool table and combined table
tennis, free wireless internet access and if you wish breakfast can also be
catered for an addition charge.

We are centrally located and close to all that
Newquay have to offer. There are 2 beaches within 250 yards, and 3 other
beaches, a zoo, boating lake, sports centre, and swimming complex, all
within a mile, plus sports such as golf, tennis, bowls and many beach
activities. Newquay is famous for its surfing, and the world surfing
championship stops here annually, there is a great mix of beaches and the
weather here can be amazing. Newquay is also one of the country’s top
fishing spots, and has many adventure sports available. Train Station less
than 100 yards away, Airport within 10 minutes drive. OPEN ALL
YEAR.

bed and two seater settee it is an open plan area which has a new 32in
digital free view television, drop down 4/6 seating dining table with a
small coffee table

extractor fan, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and all necessary
crockery, pans, cutlery, pot towel and 1 washing up bottle will be provide.
